Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery usually takes 7–14 business days depending on your location, carrier availability, seasonal demand, and any unexpected shipping delays.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Soren is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, public holidays, weather, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
