By visiting this website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, including our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase from us.

Using this website
You confirm you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that a parent or guardian consents to your use.
You may not use our website or products for any unlawful purpose, break any law that applies to you, or transmit viruses or destructive code. Breach of these Terms may end your access immediately.

Product information
We make reasonable efforts to show products, images, descriptions, specifications, pricing and availability accurately, but we do not warrant that all of it is always accurate, current or complete.
Specifications, packaging, design details and included accessories may be changed by a manufacturer or supplier without notice.

Safety and intended use
Our products are consumer products for ordinary household use. Read and follow the instructions, age and weight limits, and warnings supplied with each product.
For products intended for use with infants or children: always secure the child using the harness provided, never leave a child unattended in or near the product, keep the product on a flat and stable floor surface, and stop using it once your child exceeds the stated limits.
Soothing and motion products are not sleep products. When a child falls asleep, move them to a firm, flat, empty sleep surface as soon as it is safe and practical to do so.

Not medical devices
Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on this website is medical advice or a substitute for professional care.
If your child has a medical condition, was born prematurely, has low muscle tone, or has any difficulty with breathing, positioning or head control, speak to a healthcare professional before use. Stop using any product immediately and seek advice if you have concerns.

Accuracy of information
Material on this website is general information only and should not be the sole basis for a health, financial or purchasing decision. We may change the contents of the site at any time without any obligation to update it.

Pricing and availability
Prices may change without notice. We may modify, discontinue or limit the availability of any product at any time.
We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, incorrectly priced, or placed in breach of these Terms. We are not liable for typographical, pricing or availability errors; where an error affects your order we may cancel it and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

You authorise us and our payment providers to charge your chosen payment method for the order total, including any taxes, shipping and other charges shown at checkout.

Shipping
Delivery times shown are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may arise from carriers, customs, peak periods, weather or other circumstances outside our control. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By placing an order you accept it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles, and the courts of Singapore have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country or state where you live. Where those rights conflict with these Terms, the law takes priority.
